1. Do you allow walk-in customers, or is it strictly online orders?

Walk-in customers are welcome and encouraged. Visiting our showroom allows you to see the full range of trophies and awards in person. Feel the difference in quality and weight that photos can’t capture. Come explore our premium collection and get expert advice before making your selection.

2. What are your typical lead times for standard vs. express orders?

Normal production lead time is 7 working days upon artwork approval..
Express production from 24 hours (working days) available upon artwork approval.
All timelines are subject to stock availability.

3. Do you offer on-site engraving or repairs for trophies?

Engraving and repairs are managed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email or phone with details and photos of your item for an evaluation.

4. Can clients supply their own awards/items for engraving?

Yes, we accept client-supplied trophies or awards on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Origin Associates will not be liable for any damage incurred during the sandblasting or printing process.

5. Are there minimum order quantities for corporate or custom trophies?

No, there is no minimum order quantity for ready-stock items from our catalogue. Whether you need just one piece or many, we’re happy to assist.

6. Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery services. Complimentary delivery is provided for orders above $350. Our in-house driver ensures your trophies arrive safely and on time, ready for your event.

7. Who are your typical clients?

8. Do you charge extra for artwork design, additional logos?

No. All artwork and logo costs are included in the quoted price. No hidden fees.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, Cheque, Cash, Bank transfer, Ariba, Vendors@Gov, SESAMi, and AP-Direct.

10. Can I view samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit our showroom to see and feel actual trophies and plaques. For bulk orders, we can produce a single sample piece for your approval before proceeding with full production.

EcoWave is our sustainable product line featuring trophies made from recycled plastics in Singapore and eco-friendly materials. It's ideal for green-conscious companies and award programs. EcoWave trophies incorporate recycled plastics and sustainably sourced plastics in Singapore, without compromising design quality or durability.

12. Are EcoWave trophies customisable?

Yes. EcoWave awards can be UV-printed with your logo, message on Gold/ Silver/ Bronze/ White metal plate like our other collections. Shape can be customised with a longer lead time.

13. Why should I choose sustainable trophies?

14. How do I care for and clean my trophy to maintain its appearance?

Each trophy comes with a gift box and a soft cleaning cloth. To maintain its shine, gently wipe the surface with the cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.

Important Note for UV Printed Glass/Crystal:
Avoid vigorous rubbing on UV-printed surfaces, as this may cause fading, scratches, or dulling of the print. Use only a soft, lint-free cloth for gentle cleaning. Refrain from using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals to preserve the clarity and vibrancy of the design.

15. What is the price range for your trophies?

Acrylic trophies start from $62, Glass from $70, Crystal from $156, and Golf series from $112. Prices vary by size, design, and complexity. Prices quoted before GST.

16. What customisation options do you offer?

We offer sandblasting engraving and UV full-colour printing. You can include logos, names, quotes, and messages tailored to your event or brand.

17. What trophy material do you offer?

We provide a wide selection of trophy materials to suit various budgets and preferences, including acrylic, recycled plastics, coloured glass, clear glass, optical clear glass, metal structure, metal cups, metal figurines, blown colour art crystal, crystal, crystal diamond, K9 optical crystal, wood, and golf-themed trophies.

18. Do you provide a design proof before production?

Yes, we provide a detailed artwork proof for your review and approval before engraving or printing begins to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Please note that changes made after artwork approval may incur additional costs if production has already started.

19. What formats should I submit my logo in?

High-resolution vector formats like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF are ideal. If unavailable, we can advise alternatives.

20. Can I request a mock-up of my trophy design?

Yes. Digital mock-ups will be sent for approval as part of our design process.

21. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We provide tiered pricing for larger orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.

24. What is the difference between UV printing and sandblasting engraving?

UV printing produces vibrant full-colour designs, making it ideal for eye-catching logos and detailed graphics. Sandblasting creates a classic frosted finish with precise engraving, perfect for elegant and professional awards. To enhance visibility and add colour to engraved trophies, we also offer paint-filled logos and text.

25. Do you do metal plate printing?

Yes, we offer printing on metal plates used in trophies and plaques. Custom sizes and fonts are available. Gold / Silver / Bronze / White metal plate are available.

26. Can you replicate an old or existing trophy design?

Yes, if you provide a sample or high-resolution photo, we will advise on feasibility and lead time.
